Privacy Policy

This policy explains what WendysMenue.com collects, what it does not, who else can set a cookie while you are here, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read rather than skimmed past.

Updated 20 July 2026

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you, unless you send it to us yourself through the contact form. No accounts, no logins, no profiles.

What third parties collect

Advertising and analytics providers may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to measure traffic and select ads.

Your choices

Opt out of personalised advertising, block cookies in your browser, or use the site without ever contacting us. All three work fine.

1. Who We Are

WendysMenue.com is an independent website that publishes reference information about the Wendy's menu in the United States. We are not affiliated with Wendy's International, LLC. Our contact address is hello@wendysmenue.com, and our contact page carries the form.

2. Information You Give Us

The only way this site collects information that identifies you is if you fill in the contact form or email us. In that case we receive your name, your email address, the topic you selected and whatever you write in the message.

We use that information for two purposes only: to reply to you, and to correct the site when you report an error. We do not add contact form submissions to a mailing list, we do not sell or share them, and we do not use them for advertising. Messages sent through the form are delivered to our inbox by a third party form delivery service and are not stored in a database on this website.

3. Information Collected Automatically

Like every website, our hosting provider records standard server request data such as the IP address making the request, the page requested, the time, the referring page and the browser user agent string. This is used to serve the page, keep the site secure and diagnose faults. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

4. Advertising

This site is funded by display advertising, and the ad slots you see are filled by third party advertising networks rather than by us directly. Those networks, including Google and its partners, may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve ads, limit how many times you see the same ad, and measure how an ad performed.

Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.

You can control this in several ways:

Opting out of personalised advertising does not remove ads. It means the ads you see are selected without using your browsing history.

5. Analytics

We may use a privacy respecting analytics service to understand which pages people read and where the site is failing them. Analytics data is aggregated and is used to decide what to write next and what to fix. It is never used to identify an individual visitor, and we do not join it to contact form submissions.

6. Cookies and Browser Storage

This site sets no cookies of its own for tracking. Cookies present in your browser while you are here come from the advertising and analytics providers described above.

Some features use your browser's local storage, which stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. The nutrition calculator, for example, holds the tray you are building in memory in your browser while you use it. Clearing your browser data removes anything stored this way.

7. Children

This site publishes general reference information and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the contact form, write to hello@wendysmenue.com and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to certain processing. Because the only personal information we hold is what you send us through the contact form or by email, a deletion request is normally satisfied by deleting that correspondence.

Residents of California, and of other United States states with comparable laws, have the right to know what categories of personal information are collected and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in those laws. To exercise any right, write to hello@wendysmenue.com.

For advertising cookies set by third parties, the opt out routes in section 4 are the fastest way to limit what those companies collect.

9. Data Retention and Security

Contact correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for answering you and applying the correction, and is deleted after that. The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive personal information through the contact form.

10. Links to Other Sites

We link to the official Wendy's website, to Wendy's location finder and to opt out pages run by advertising bodies. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

11. Changes to This Policy

When this policy changes we update the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be reflected in the summary cards as well, so a quick look tells you what moved. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy go to hello@wendysmenue.com or through the contact page. We answer privacy questions within three business days.
